State Sports Victoria and Football Victoria have provided the following FAQ
Message from Cobras FC President to all club members
COBRAS FC FAQ:
Q: Will Cobras be offering refunds as the season was impacted by Covid?
A: Cobras will be waiting for FV and FFA decisions on the fees structure for 2020 before being able to communicate anything to our community.
The club has obviously incurred a series of costs to purchase uniforms, hire grounds and pay coaches wages to run the preseason training . These costs will be subtracted from any potential refund.
Once FV have provided guidance on the 2020 season and fees we will be able to provide indications on what we can provide as refunds to families.
Q: What will Cobras be doing to safeguard our community
A: Cobras FC have worked with the Glen Eira Council to put in place the State Sports Victoria/AIS framework.
These measures include:
1. Modified training format (10 players +1 coach per half pitch).
2. Modified training activities to respect social distancing. (No contact, No handling of the ball)
3. Hand Sanitiser for all Players.
4. Disinfecting of all equipment before all sessions.
