Cobras FC Players, Supporters, Founding Members, As a loyal supporter of the Bentleigh Cobras FC, I am honoured and humbled for the opportunity to bring my vast experience and solid network, helping rebuild the Cobras FC, and showing that they are a strong club, who is a proud and respectful member of the Football community in Melbourne.
Going into 2023, what particularly drives my enthusiasm, is the level of professionalism, that we as a senior committee, intend to bring to the club.
Bentleigh Cobras FC is approaching 40 years in the highest echelons of State Football. With their humble beginnings in the Amateur leagues, circa 1980s , they upheld a consistent growth spur through the decades. Bentleigh community support, teamed with acknowledgement of the club’s proud history of the Cobra Old Boy community and the Lemnos FC foundation group, who enjoyed consistent success both on and off the park field, all of which is embraced and valued by the FC, is the culmination that which paved the way for consistent growth of the club.
The objective for the next three years is to gain at least 1000 memberships, and to benefit from a professional football department that supports championships in the future.
